Then fill the selection with whatever color you want the sparks to be on the new layer. ![]() Then use the magic wand to select the space around em all, inverse selection, and make a new layer. Not really a tutorial, but I would just make the spark shapes on a new layer with a hard edged brush set to 100% opacity (with white, or some very light color).
